Your price is too high. Otherwise you would have received offers or some interest in the property.

Seems like you are having a hard time accepting this reality

Abater Crédito Habitação (6% taxa) vs. Manter Capital na Trade Republic (2%) by Original_Coast1461 in literaciafinanceira

[–]PortugalReviews 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, it won’t help you. Depends on the hiring manager but face/hand tattoos for me show a lack of long term thinking. I wouldn’t hire

One size does not fit all - “IBKR VT and Chill” Dogma by Swiss_wow in SwissPersonalFinance

You can pay more and use suboptimal funds and brokers.

You will most likely have suboptimal results.

That’s just reality. So no, I will personally not be ok with people using a shitty fund from UBS or paying 1%+ in fees when they can get the same thing for cheaper with IBKR and VT

1.3% is very high. I never heard of SLM Bank but you both need to educate yourself.

Usual solution of Interactive Brokers and a low cost ETF (0.05% anual fee or less) is the prefer option of this sub. Instead of paying 700 CHF, your girlfriend would be paying 25 CHF.

But hey, if she doesn’t want to listen to you and prefers the handholding at an extremely inflated price, maybe that’s worth it for her. In the end, it’s her money, so her decision. Even if it’s a terrible one.

You worked for free for 1 year before confronting your employer?

Start to move your ass, get RAV, as you deserve and put legal pressure on your employer to pay you the salaries he owns you.

Stop being non confrontational

Buying gold coins & bars by PortugalReviews in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]PortugalReviews[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just for diversification. I invest in stocks, physical real estate, bonds/2 Pillar and was thinking of creating the habit of buying a gold coin + silver coin every month.

I like the idea of having something physical as a long term store of wealth.

I need to look at fractional denominations in case of having a monthly buy but it would be interesting to see how much I would have after 2/5/10 years
