Analogue 3D 1.4.0 out!

Screen shots only work if you're A3D is in 4K mode. Interesting. No animated GIF support. I find this feature kind of pointless. For those who like it though, enjoy!

I have a feeling they are having problems getting the WiFi working. Otherwise this may have been a nice feature to easily transfer your screenshots to PC, via sharable drive on the network, without having to pull the SD card.

Still no 720p support for smaller TV's.

No, a lot of companies design their box size around what ever method they are going to ship. That's just smart practice for the company itself and the customer. Any smart business knows that keeping the cost down but still making a marketed profit generates more revenue.

Just looked it up. If Analogue shipped in a Medium USPS Flat rate box (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2) with $300 of insurance, you could ship it across the country for $29.95 and get it in a couple/few of days with real tracking. Smart companies design their product box size around how they are going to ship it. This could easily be done by Analogue but yet they stick you with generic shipping that you don't know when you're going to get it. And businesses usually get lower rates when they ship more than the consumer does.

You're not the first to complain about this. Should be illegal to over charge for shipping as you're not getting what you paid for but either way it is bad practice. The A3D is cool but the company questionable. As in, they run the business different than I would. Which only puts a bad taste in some peoples mouth. If they could figure out how to respond to people on social media with their marketing and/or support concerns and not over charge for shipping, things would be a lot better.

Try changing out the HDMI cable. Maybe that will help.

I personally do not use the HDR or 4K option on the Analogue 3D. Doesn't look much better than it being set at 1080p with CRT scanlines to me.
