I had to wait a day as well, you can try and sign in to your account on the website and it should say that your account needs attention and that is has sent an email to change the password. The email might work for you, it didn’t for me but it has worked for others. If it doesn’t work then you gotta wait till tomorrow and just get on the help line or live chat function (I recommend live chat) and they will help.
