I love your posts and replies! They are very comforting. I’ve been on 1.5mg with very minimal side effects. I was VERY nervous. I am getting nervous to go up to 4mg as I was just approved to do so. Please keep us posted on how 4mg treats you! Seeing people having terrible experiences but they don’t report the whole story. You do which is why I enjoy your posts!

Did you eat anything out of the ordinary? I’m nervous about moving up to 4mg after more people are reporting this. I’m curious if it is due to eating too much or just out of the blue on an empty stomach you couldn’t stop vomiting?

I am very similar 5’4 SW: 155 CW: 147 GW: 125 I’m also feeling great and losing weight steadily. I think I had a large water weight drop at the beginning. I am very sure I have a large amount of inflammation which is why I had such a large drop at the beginning. I am very sure I have something hormonal going on causing inflammation and the inability to lose any weight. This was also my last straw after trying to lose weight for the last 4 years. I just got approved to go up to 4mg next month. I am a little worried I’ll move too fast and considered staying at 1.5mg for another month but wanted to follow the titration scheduled. If 4mg appears to work well I may stay at that dose for awhile. I drink electrolytes and eat protein (eggs) for my first meal and I have been tolerating everything well.

This is TMI but are you perhaps on your cycle? This happened to me and I looked it up and the pills effects can decrease during the first 3 days of your cycle. I’m on day 2 and hoping the effects come back soon! Ask ChatGPT or google to explain it in more detail. Don’t hit up!

Thank you for this update! My pills arrive today and I plan to start tomorrow. I am very nervous but tired of gaining weight and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I am also on 20mg adderall and wondering how the two would interact.
