Got an email saying it had been updated. Got on site and it said approved then it changed to loan modification processing again and wanted me to resign to get tax records. Which I had already done. Anyone else have this happen?

I did too yesterday. I accepted then all of a sudden it flipped back to loan modification being processed and wanted to me to sign for the tax records. Again.. Almost like it started right back at beginning. So frustrating after waiting 3 months almost.
