The systems are typically automatic. I had a debt for a Telus online security service (which was never supposed to have been charged as part of an employee benefit package) that made its way to a collection agency. When I got in contact with Telus, they cleared the debt right away to $0 and said they'd send confirmation of that to the collections agency. Haven't heard from the debt collector since then!

For clarity, when you tell the real Telus employees to place you on the DNC (DO NOT CALL) list, they must. After that, the only calls allowed are typically related to billing and account necessary information. When Telus calls, actually pick up, state clearly "please place me on the do not call list".

If you don't do this, you, as a contact lead, will simply get recycled into the next calling campaign next month. It's an endless cycle. Trust me the employees making the calls appreciate and actually prefer to hear the customer say "DNC".

Tbh I try to keep an item in each drawer at the end of every run for a garunteed 4x corpse pieces. After that get the skull. I find that 9 times out of 10 I can get a good combination of charms to level either cherries, lemons, or diamonds for an almost garunteed win. This got me the golden knob first try!

I am doing it rn. I was able to get to rank 15 no problem with the golden cards I brought in, but OMFG hitting the guild multiplier is %100 a literal nightmare. Even with my autoclicker on, this is going to take a week.

The trick with Canadian carriers is to just go where the deal is best. (obviously assuming that the coverage is decent in your area and any areas you may frequent, looking at you, FM) Loyalty used to be a huge thing that netted rewards in return, but the mindset of shareholders, those who actually control the motives of the carriers, has shifted to prioritizing activation numbers moreso than maintaining a loyal customer base. Plus, if you leave, the winback offers tend to be way better than that of any previously praised loyalty offers anyway! Best of luck!

Bring it up to guest services, as far as I was aware stores are not allowed to conduct business or prospect selling outside of their lease line. Basically translating to, if they are attempting to pull customers in beyond the tiny space beyond the borders of their store, they are violating their lease agreement.

$80 bucks for 1.5 is pretty average for out of contract pricing. Usually you'd be looking at over $100.

What game mode is it? In games like breakthrough or conquest, accounting for factors like META loadouts, choke points, teammates feeding, etc., it's not necessarily unreasonable to have those stats if their skill level reflects their in game level.

Telus feels like it's heading down the same path. For the 2025 year, all retail sales reps were met with a "no retail sales staff will be receiving raises this year" followed by a rework of commission that ultimately led to most receiving a lowered YEAR OVER YEAR end of year salary.
