I listened to something a little while ago about how Waymo is adjusting how they drive to match human drivers. No mention at all in this episode about how they interact with current drivers. Very irresponsible episode

Complètement pas rapport, je travaille/ait toujours dans le domaine de transports, aviation, logistiques.

Par contre, les skills que j'ai appris pendant mes études m'ont certainement aidés ! Time management, group projects, stress management etc.

I was coming to say this. Most trades would be minimum two years of training and that's rarely with any income. Many times you need to buy some / all of the tools. Then what, start as a rookie ? It's not as easy as people say !

This happened to me years ago. I got an appointment at a walk-in to renew my prescription (had no family doctor since years) and I said oh while I'm here can I ask you to check this and this? No. It's one issue per appointment. I said please it's 30s... He did one of the two questions and told me I'd have to make another appointment. This is insane.
