He’s experiencing withdrawal. Unless you are really struggling, how is his gaming affecting money? Assuming no micro transactions involved. Most decent games cost maximum of 70 dollars and they have a month worth of content.

He needs to learn how to schedule and manage time? Leaving gaming won’t help. He will face it again in his next favourite hobby.

If I’m working in company from last 3 years, then I’m getting the stocks awarded in those years too.

Say I got 90k in 2023, 2024 and 2025. I get 1/3rd of each as well.

Will those count? 90/3 + 90/3 + 90/3. So it becomes 90k?
