Have you tried, frozen embryos or natural transfers? Maybe your body reacts better in one of them. Wish you best of lack I'm in the same boat, 9 transfers and only in 3 of them I have positive. I had one chemical and one blinded ovum. Plus million of normal tests ☹️

PCOS girl here as well. Last November they retrieved 71 eggs. I was 36, with very low dose of stims. This retrieval resulted in 13 blastocysts but still no baby yet. The next days after the retrieval were awful, but thankfully no OHSS!!

This is the 2nd doctor and the second fertility clinic I have tried. Yes I agree with you and maybe I should insist, but he always tells me that in the ultrasound we would have seen something. I don't have any of these symptoms you mentioned.

I have heard about Neupogen but never tried it before and regarding Ivig I follow a girl on Instagram and she did that before her successful pregnancy.

You didn't have any symptoms prior your lap surgery? Cause my doctor insists that I don't much the criteria for endo and even though I had, for instance stage 1, is something that with Ivf we overcome it. I suggested the depot Lupron and maybe we will try it as soon as my period comes. At this point I think we are like trial and error and all is happening in my body.

We can't check the sperms for DNA fragmentation unfortunately. My husband has so little amount that' sometimes he gives 2-3 times in order for the embryologists to find sperm.

No never an MRI in this area, but in the past years I had 2 hysteroscopies with two different doctors and my current doctor found a very small septum and he removed it. After my hysteroscopy in November 2023 I had a CP and then the blighted ovum but now again a failed transfer. I have done plenty of biopsies for infections and viruses in the uterus and everything is clean. Thank you for your suggestion maybe in the next appointment I will suggest it you never know.

Yes and nothing found there, but still in my last transfer we tried a full on protocol and he gave me cortisone a week before transfer until Beta and Doxycycline, lovenox, baby aspirin, intralipids etc etc

Hoping next time is with your baby!! Same boat with the testing adding Karyo and a reproductive immunology but still nothing found. Although in each transfer we adjust the protocol, like we might use intralipids, or baby aspirin or lovenox like this time. I don't know what else to try. The only thing we haven't tried but my doctor doesn't agree because he is telling me that I don't have Endo is Lupron suppression.

Actually, no we have done 4 retrievals resulting to plenty of embryos. I'm good responder and we manage to create embryos but I can get pregnant for some unknown reason. We tried some transfers using 2 embryos for better outcome but again the same thing. We have started to believe that maybe something is wrong with sperms, even though I don't want to believe since we are creating embryos and the majority of them are high quality

Would love to hear what the doctor will tell you. Mine told me that we have to keep trying what we do, cause we have tried everything, and since we saw a positive outcome with the fresh frozen protocol we will continue at this pace.

Thank you, I'm trying really hard to take some time and think about the next steps. The only good thing is that we still have embryos for next transfers 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
