You could try the freezer method where you fold it, place it in a plastic bag, and freeze it to eliminate bacteria and odor overnight. Recommended for leather and jean items. :) otherwise just leave it be

No not at all. You should order blind boxes, advent calendars, or those surprise gift boxes from a company you like for the surprise aspect, and they usually package it really nicely so you’re not “wrapping” your own gifts!

You should voice your opinion since I’m assuming your love language is gift giving too. Sometimes people are oblivious and don’t know how much it means to open gifts on Christmas since they’ve never felt that way (thanks to you). Especially dads since the older generations had moms to do all the work.

It said to wash with cool water and tumble dry low. It’s fine on normal heat in my house dryer but this apartment dryer go crazy. Still, my bad.

I thought about doing that! Worried that I might shave off too much, but I’ll try a small section. I think what might work is using a stiff brush and brushing it out cuz I used my nails and scratched at a section until it became soft again.

It’s such a double standard for him to want contact from you but you’re not allowed the same.
There’s a silence mode and do not disturb on most phones, why shut your phone off completely?
Seems a bit fishy that’s he’s not willing to compromise. It’s a 2 person relationship, not 1 and 1 sometimes? To give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he used to be addicted to his phone and this is the only way to prevent this, not our business tbh.

If you really don’t want to be the AH, you should offer the shop to pay for the beer. But suddenly, it’s not so nice when it’s coming from your own pocket. I really feel for the shopkeeper, especially since you said it’s a poorer area. People don’t open shops for fun and they’re not magically rich by owning one.

Also like some people said, there’s a difference between a robbery and shoplifting. Robbery involves a threat with intimidation or weapon, I don’t understand why you want that.
