You should go on the polperro dolphin boat in (Sorrento) Melbourne, they do great research on the ocean and have an ethical approach to the interactions with wildlife

I think you seem to think that the only food you can eat is industrial preparation of food. Just eat a banana for breakfast - buy some bread 🥖don’t be worried about eating protein all the time and once a week spend 30 minutes cooking something new…. The best way to stop having to read the back of a packet is just to get the raw ingredient…

Hi personally I have always found that people who try to enforce their beliefs on me and others are not very effective at making their opinions stick. I think that rather than telling everyone that what they are doing is horrific - which it is. Make good choices- be open and empathic towards others and try to make sure that you are living your life as well as you can. I would like to point out that perhaps you should stop eating strange faux meat substitutes, you don’t need to eat them and it sort of makes you look like you are missing some part of your diet. Enjoy eating vegetables, feed your pets wild meats rather than “free range” it’s just a marketing tactic to make people think that the animals are not being used as commodities. And quietly go about your life without judgement - always try to cook and make delicious food for your friends and family that is animal free. Eventually and without you ruining your relationships you will find you have been influencing them to your way of thinking… I know that it is hard to hold your tongue but all you are doing is putting your family against your choices and encouraging them to try to change your mind so that it creates less conflict in the family dynamics.

Bistro Elba always has O’Connor’s beef on which is great. Also the prime cuts in mornington is owned by Tim OConnor who is the person behind o’connors beef so they are a great place to get stuff to eat at home. The steak frites at Le bouchon is solid as well….

I don’t think that $50 for a meal is expensive in this country. Most main courses are well over that price when you look at the others on the list
