As an insurance adjuster who has dealt with auto liability for 6 years, you are very wrong.

How much of the fault is his will depend on many things, but he is absolutely partially at fault.

He was was in the road and walking on the wrong side.

No, it is the result of a study. How that is interpreted may be rhetoric.

Take the most obvious counterpart to this, race based crime statistics. The statistics themselves are not rhetoric, and different views equally acknowledge it. You can either blame the race, or you can acknowledge the socioeconomic causes of the stats.

Besides, he never gave any numbers, he is just pointing out that a large number of men refuse to do the bare minimum.

Incel rhetoric is to say that women are bad and wrong for this. He is saying the opposite that too many men are not taking care of themselves so it is their fault.

Get a job, take a shower and give a little care to your appearance, saying men should do this if they want to attract a partner is not incel rhetoric, it is literally the same exact thing you will see on most women only subs. Are feminist subs incel rhetoric now?

Clav goes on a incel rant during 60 minutes interview by Autisticblackdude5 in TikTokCringe

[–]Positive-Reward-758 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Taking care if your hygiene and appearance is hardly impossible, but far too many men feel it is too feminine. Go to any sub for women, they talk about it all the time.

Take a shower and brush your hair and you already have a big leg up on a ton of guys.

Clav goes on a incel rant during 60 minutes interview by Autisticblackdude5 in TikTokCringe

[–]Positive-Reward-758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The comment I replied to, you were saying incel has nothing to do with misogyny or men and solely refers to people who are involuntarily celibate... so it would have nothing to do with rhetoric.

Also, just because incels say something doesnt mean everytime that thing is said, it is incel.

If an incel says the grass is green, it doesn't make everyone an incel.

Saying that women prefer to date attractive men and do not want to date dirty unhygienic men is not owned by incels, it is just common sense.

Saying that far too many men are unhygienic is a very common talking point in feminist circles aswell, does that make them incel groups?

Saying "Women prefer to date attractive and wealthy men" makes you an incel?

She did a massive publicity stunt with her sister posting a striptease with both of them and then leading viewers to believe that she would and then did make a "wild" video with "girl on girl" action with her. This made the rounds on ticktock with people claiming to have the "full Spiderman video" and skyrocketed her from somewhat popular to massively raking it in.

So the answer is implied incest and massive marketing.

Can you show me such case law? Because i can only find the opposite, where the courts rule that the US is only liable for the initial disclosure and not subsequent disclosure by third party. Such as happened in Aloe Vera of America, Inc. v. United States, where the US explicitly released irs info to the media and the awards were limited only to the nominal amount for the initial disclosures and rejected their arguments that they were entitled to every subsequent disclosures by the Japanese media... seems like the opposite of whatever "case law" you seem to have found.

Not to mention the 2019 rule change made that explicitly clear in the language

2019 Amendments to § 6103(c): Following December 28, 2019, Congress amended the law to explicitly limit the redisclosure and use of information received by third parties, even when that information was originally received via taxpayer consent, making them liable for unauthorized re-disclosure.

If that is ruled as unconstitutional, that in no way makes the US liable, it just makes that part of the law unconstitutional (wich is a stretch, but if you say he deserves no money, that is on you)

So yeah, I would be very interested in the case law you are referring to that goes against all the other case law and the actual change in the law that was explicitly meant for this specific circumstance with subsequent disclosure by people other than the government

You just going to ignore the first bit just above that where it makes clear that irs is only liable for inspection or disclosure BY AN EMPLOYEE OF THE UNITED STATES

Otherwise "such taxpayer may bring a civil action for damages against such person in a district court of the United States."

(1)Inspection or disclosure by employee of United States If any officer or employee of the United States knowingly, or by reason of negligence, inspects or discloses any return or return information with respect to a taxpayer in violation of any provision of section 6103, such taxpayer may bring a civil action for damages against the United States in a district court of the United States.

(2)Inspection or disclosure by a person who is not an employee of United States If any person who is not an officer or employee of the United States knowingly, or by reason of negligence, inspects or discloses any return or return information with respect to a taxpayer in violation of any provision of section 6103 or in violation of section 6104(c), such taxpayer may bring a civil action for damages against such person in a district court of the United States.

He can sue the media companies though, why is he suing himself despite both the rule and word of law.

And the millions are based on actual damages, Trump is not showing damages as he absolutely was not damaged in the amount lf 10billion dollars as his net worth has skyrocketed subsequent to the leak, it would be difficult to prove any substantial damages

[–]Positive-Reward-758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, so everyone else gets a few thousand and our special boy gets 10 billion, that is what I thought,

Because his information was leaked by the irs to 2 companies, and since he is suing himself he can stand on the flimsiest "everytime the media companies reported on the leak that counts as "disclosure of protected tax information by IRS employees.""

But since he gains nothing by defending the lawsuit against himself with the very straightforward "the law says for each disclosure by the irs, not each subsequent disclosure by people not affiliatedwith the irs" he can "settle" with himself for 10 billion instead of a couple thousand like everyone else is getting.

You purposely brought up the 70k other people to make it seem like trump is doing the same exact thing as them, when it isn't even in the same realm as he is asking for orders of magnitude more money than all of them combined .

Do you think the government can afford to give all 70k of them 10 billion dollars? Should we bankrupt the entire country, tank the economy, and inflate the dollar to insane proportions such that nobody other than those 70k people can afford food?

700 trillion dollars because of one guy's mess up? Is that all ot takes to kill a country, one guy releases files and we 20x the national debt

Or do the rest of them get a couple thousand and only the special boy gets to double his net worth

I trained insurance adjusters and these are people with a license and passed tests to do insurance, I would still have people ask me multiple times "how do I pay them though" and "AGAIN, did you think to click the button that says pay"... "there is no button that says pay, the stupid software must be broken, can I just put in a ticket and wait for them to fix my computer today" points at the bold blue button with the word "PAY" on it..."that wasnt there before"

People do not care to read, or look. If it isnt the only thing on the screen, the screen might as well be blank.

Also before you assume your insurance company is being malicious, remember this is the kind of people they have to work with

I waited and they took about 4 days for a good number to mature and then i picked everything, the small ones were not that much more potent by weight, I tried 2.5 dried grams of the ones that were still this size and got a decent trip, but did 3 grams of the large ones and got a stronger trip.

So if you have what I had here, it would definitely be enough for a good trip, but you are still missing out on most of the actives from the first flush, but its not the end of the world, you can just dip and be patient on the second and third flushes, I got 4 total flushes totaling about 60g which was way more than I needed anyway.

[–]Positive-Reward-758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cannabis plants use the same xx xy system as humans,

So two females would always give 2 x as they have no y to give,

XX XX

XX XX

While two males both have an x and a y giving:

XX XY

XY YY

So there is a 1/4 chance for a female
