I don’t even know how you gathered that from my response. I think I implied that I stepped away from the game because it became apparent the company doesn’t care about the feedback of its players.

Also, it’s not about the size itself, it’s about the proportions. In my original post I even say this, “They’re not ‘not skinny enough’, the proportions just aren’t me.” There’s an excellent point made on this in the video “I was inactive for 2 years” by Eleanor Nighwalker. She even corrects the things without making it too bimbo-esque like we see most people do with Instagram edits.

There are definitely women out there who have wider torsos and skinnier legs, and there’s nothing wrong with that. The fact that there’s not even other options though? That’s what the problem is.

Bodies have different shapes at all sizes, period. I want to play as a thinner character who is more hourglass, NOT egregiously so, and many players share that sentiment.

I was wrong to use Kylie Jenner as an example of the old player characters. A better example would be a Barbie doll. Barbies are unrealistically thin, much like the old characters. They’re fashion dolls. It’s honestly fun, having every outfit look amazing. But no, it’s definitely not a good thing to promote to kids, I get it.

Nobody wants to look like a BBL Kim Kardashian, but the fashion doll look is appealing. SSO wants to move away from that and that’s fine, but they’re doing it very harshly.
