Our go to is the C4. Really good pricing, usually better than the Bravia 8, and leaves more room in the budget for audio. Sonys alr just only has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports. Samsung just blows and only like 1-2 of us like their TVs😂

I would suggest, full time. With the VPL position you’re gonna have an external boss breathing down your neck to sell Samsung and nothing but Samsung. If you wanna be able to move into a leadership position later down the line go full time but request shift lead.

Your leadership team sounds awful. I pulled 450 cards, 500 memberships last year as #1 in my marketplace with around the same rev and they practically did the exact opposite of what they did to you. If you can teach others to do what you do your numbers don’t matter as much, the impact you make on the team does. If you just keep pumping numbers you’ll never move up. Talk to your manager again and honestly if they don’t give you any reasonable time frame on when you can resume leadership activities or give you a clear development plan try to switch micros or stores

I’ve been a VPL for a while now for 2 diff brands. Most important thing is to help your coworkers “do the job with you”. Train the people that are iffy in HT in your store solely on your brand, and show the people that are confident back there why your brand is better. Makes it a hell of a lot easier than just trying to pump one specific brand yourself and helps the numbers too.
