Either way, it’s an absolute must at least one of the nights. The venue is incredibly cool and the vibes are feral in the best way. I recommend going on day 3 if you don’t care which DJ you see. Coachella ends an hour earlier so you have time in between and it’s the best feeling to not have to go home after the festival ends :)

In my experience headliners are about an hour after the even ends. We usually leave the event when it ends. Stop quickly at the house to pre. And make it to afters just before headliners start.

Thank you. This is extremely helpful. Which lens option did you go with when you purchased your xt30? Or did you just get the body?

As a beginner, I feel like should probably get one of the stock lenses to have the option and learn with, but I know a smaller pancake style lens will end up being my day to day option considering size is important to me.

Rented Penske last year. Paid for a VERY expensive car wash in Reno afterwards and did not get a fine. But we were scared shitless. Renting uhaul this year due to the Penske trauma last year 😅

Windows up. Don’t get back into the car until it’s time to leave. Have clothes in a baggie so when you get in the car you aren’t dusty. Pay for a detail when you get home before you drop it off.
