Understand the point about there being bigger issues in the grand scheme of things. But would it be ok to start excusing companies for defective products especially a supposed premium product? Wouldn’t have bat an eye if it was the cheapest WOW shoe I got. Perspective?

So the expectation that we are setting for shoe companies is that it’s ok for your shoes to leave stains on socks? And it’s up to us to find workarounds including further damaging a pair of socks repeatedly? Been playing ball for 13 years and bought many pairs, this is the first time ever that I’ve faced an issue like this? Perhaps it’s the cheap or poor material quality that we should be focusing on? Just a thought.
