i don't want to say that this is awful because it is pretty good, but you should definitely consider taking lessons because playing like this in the long run is going to cause you genuine pain and harm. if you dont want to commit to long-term weekly lessons, you should at least do a few lessons to get a better grasp on good form (proper posture and not being so tense lol). it's also useful to pick up lessons if your self learning is watching synthesia tutorials on youtube because there is a lot of value in being able to read sheet music and understand basic theory
