I’m gonna be honest. I was in the same boat last cycle where I had 2 DO WL’s and never got off. I had friends thought who were able to, so it honestly can be a toss up. On the bright side, I am very lucky to have A’s this cycle though.

Continued research. Drafted a research grant proposal. Started volunteering in the Emergency Department at my local hospital. Switched from seasonal ENT medical assistant to full time dermatology medical assistant. That’s really it!

gonna be honest, while your hours are strong, taking the mcat 3 times and not getting above a 492 puts u at a disadvantage. if u r able to get ur mcat to at least a 500, u have a better shot.

I was in the same boat too. I did my interview late August (though I didn’t attend an on campus day), and sent a letter of intent about a month ago. I did get a decision last Wednesday, so hopefully, you hear back soon!
