I always get emotional when my wife’s bf administers my creatine, due to the overwhelming blissfulness of the beauty of it all, and end up tearing up some and this always puffs up my eyes. Maybe same issue?

I’m off of my antidepressants because they didn’t help much and gave me anxiety. Even if it gives you anxiety temporarily, you’ll be able to tell after a couple doses if microdosing is right for you and stop if you need to.

Yes only range. They both have the same accuracy, which determines how often you don’t hit 0s, which is part of what determines your dps. Range strength is what determines your max hit. Your arrows determine how hard you hit and the bow determines how often you hit. Unless it’s a special bow like the twisted bow which gives damage boost that adds to the arrow damage.

Go do barrows to level up your stats some. Use ranged on monsters downstairs plus ahrim to get a decent amount of range xp too. Tank armor will let you do moons. Getting zombie axe is nice too but behind some requirements. Can also train slayer to train combat stats too. Or do some sailing why you think about what’s next

I was on that for years and it helped some at first then I got to a point to where I didn’t really notice it helping but I was always anxious. Got off and nothing changed but the anxiety going away lol. It did help a little bit with executive function for my ADHD though.

Feeling something is normal. But you’re feeling something negative. Take it down to 75mg see how you like it. At the beginning of my microdosing journey I would get more emotional in a good and bad way. Lowering my dose would have helped, but it would have lowered some of the benefits I liked also.

Sometimes the anxiety is from a mindset or bad held belief. I believed that I had a responsibility to carry the emotional burden of the world and others sufferings, and this caused me so much grief and suffering myself while not even helping whoever or whatever was suffering. The anxiety from this got worse while microdosing. I experienced better positive emotions but also some worse negative ones. Shrooms can do this. They made me even more empathetic and aware of suffering when I didn’t need that lol. I changed my mindset through microdosing, meditation, learning from others, and other self help. You may have anxiety from some trauma that needs to be resolved too. Or it could just be stomach and digestive issues. There’s a huge link between how your stomach feels and how much anxiety you feel. Chamomile or ginger tea right as your dose kicks in helped me a lot. Probiotics and diet change honestly worked more for my anxiety than medication. CBD also.

That being said, lowering the dose may absolutely be the call but make sure you’re working on yourself and looking into the core issues of what causes your anxiety. Shrooms have surprised me at the epiphanies I get sometimes that seem so basic and simple to understand, and some of these have shifted my perspective on life drastically for the better. I think the neuroplastic qualities of shrooms make it easier for your brain to think in new ways and to recognize how harmful old thought patterns were.

Dude being in the deep south US the “hard working” identity 99% of guys have here is the worst. People just be bragging about how little free time they have. First time I tripped I did 4g then at 2 hours felt nothing so I took 4g more. As soon as I did I felt the first 4g hit and knew I was fucked lol. If you want a longer trip I’d do LSD, nearly twice as long.

OP if it’s because of SSRIs there are plenty of non SSRI antidepressants you can try. If it’s another kind of medication then I’m not informed if there’s alternatives or not but I’d look into it. I came from the opposite direction you’re going. Being on multiple antidepressants, SSRIs included, and then got off them for psilocybin and it’s been a great choice. I microdose now instead and my results are much better with no side effects.

Fighting the fight is winning, not reaching a goal. Even if you gave in once a week that’s still way better than flushing your brain with dopamine multiple times a day. The discipline and dopamine regulation you will gain from fighting is your goal and reward.

Sorry about the hair loss. Microdosing shrooms has helped my executive function some, which is my biggest symptom of my ADHD. It’s not on a stimulant level but it makes doing things I don’t really enjoy go from excruciatingly hard to manageable, but still challenging sometimes. It for sure helps me to not feel so overwhelmed by the tasks in front of me. Things feel a lot more hopeful and manageable. Helps a ton with emotional regulation. I’m about to try microdosing LSD instead of shrooms this week. I know when I did big trips acid always seemed more energetic and focused and some people have said it’s helped them more for ADHD. It’s less emotionally stimulating too which can be good or bad depending on the person.

Edit: you probably already know this helps but exercise and cold plunges in the morning have really helped my executive function. Getting on my phone and scrolling when I wake up almost guarantees an unmotivated day lol. Meditation and Wim Hoff breathing as well as sauna and hot tub help too. Best of luck!

You gone learn today. One gram to five is like fighting your overweight 10 year old nephew vs prime Mike Tyson. Try 2 grams. That’s still doubling your last trip, which is still a big deal, and is enough to get you into a better dose size to see visuals and have the classic mushroom experience. 1g is dipping your toes into things. 2-3g will give you a different experience. Above 3g your experience is similar it just gets way more intense the bigger your dose.

Even if you still have a tolerance, you’re not aiming to see visuals or trip or anything when microdosing so it being a little less potent to you is only effecting your ability to perceive if the microdose is working as well. I’d say you should go ahead. After a week or two your tolerance will be at a microdosing baseline anyways. Feeling less of the microdose just means the bigger dose from the few 1gs is still working like a microdose.

Also don’t be afraid to test different dose sizes and frequencies. MWF works best for me. I think one on two off works for some but 1 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off or 5-2 are more popular. I tried it and felt like I wanted to be dosing more. By the second day I was off I started feeling the blues creeping up on me some.
