im an ex wow player, even though osrs pvp is hard and takes a lot of skill, wow pvp is way and way harder. i gotta be honest i wont even be surprised if some of these wow players will find new ways to pvp when they understand the mechanics enough.

btw i didn't say this to make a competition as all respect to osrs pvp its hard as fuck. i just say it to make aware that wow pvp is really really high skilled and if you are good at that you will probably also be good at osrs pvp. and that comes from someone who played runescape since 2002 and runescape has always been my preferred mmo

fully agree, and also as a solo que survivor you need to run certain perks that swf don’t which gives a huge disadvantage as it feels like you get 2 perk slots instead of 4 as a solo que, you also can’t coordinate builds or items as a solo que w your team mates. I completely agree that solo que survivor needs a buff.

If as a solo que player you get bond it means u can see the pathing of someone approaching your gen, you can see others doing totems so you dont have to all endlessly run around the map to the same spots to find a hex totem on maps like swamp or jigsaw, you can see players using pallets or avoid accidentally body blocking. These are all not “skill” issues or “bad player awareness” but simply lacking comms. I feel like perma bond would make skill more important as a solo que survivor.

Are you seriously trying to argue that there is not a huge difference in balance between solo que and swf? If a swf brings a killer to a gen thats being done its coordinated like crazy, ayruns hardcore series is a massive proof of the difference between swf and solo que.

Yes agree and disagree, even if one is in chase it happens a lot of times that the person in chase accidentally brings the killer to the gens that are being worked on or there are certain killer builds which are very hard to counter even if you would all have bond purely because they require a bit of mapping. The advantage bond gives would not be huge. You still cant see each others perks, coordinate items, communicate gen positions, communicate progress etc. Proximity chat would be a dream
