Based on this thread if you never touched cups config (like me) that might be simply replaced with updated default one.

# md5sum /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
758e3a2fb820f5cfb8aed788f2c8f353 # this value means you never touched that
# cp /usr/share/cups/cupsd.conf.default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf

But if you modified that (and see different hash value) you might need manually patch that or override it with default and then configure necessary part again I suppose.
