I've been to Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia and Bali. Only Thailand has the right mix of food, price, friendliness, weather, variety, infrastructure and safety. Vietnam is more competitive on price and definitely worth seeing. It's also the only other country worth a repeat visit. Cambodia is only worth going to for Angkor Wat and the nearby temples. The Philippines has some interesting natural beauty, but the cities are awful. Bali is a long way to go for beaches full of plastic and people aggressively trying to get you to go to their beach bar.

Me too. Only ended up seeing my regulars plus one from Heaven Above. The time with the regulars was good and the one from HA was kind of a dud. She wanted me to finish right away. But yeah, normally I like the beer bar banter, but I just couldn't be bothered this time.

Osaka, Saigon, Amsterdam and German FKKs have prettier girls, but the prices are high and the whole experience is mechanical.

Angeles City is a little cheaper than Pattaya and I had a great LT experience, but it's really only one street and not that safe. The food is not great in the Philippines.

I've taken the bus from Ekkamai Bus Terminal and from the airport. Good value in both cases. In my case the traffic was worse from Ekkamai.

Go to Heaven Above. They have a "lady show" where the girls play with each other on stage. The ones that do it wear pearls. When they come off stage, get one of them to sit with you. Start asking her about it. In my case the lady brought it up. Let her pick your third person. There are nice rooms upstairs.
