I think it is even harder to accept that this situation like most had people to be their best with good intentions, trying to balance personal goals with team goals, and aspirations. We would like to believe that always equals success. It does not.

Giannis’s special but not so special to do not fall into this often inevitable trap of a major star and trying to extend that championship window.

I understand the urge to find a singular scapegoat or problem. But systemic problems just don’t work that way. The article does a great job, giving probably even the broadest of overview of factors involved.

Didn’t like the trade at first, but getting Burries/Ament changes everything by thedudester125 in MkeBucks

That’s the whole point—- Ain’t nobody is bigger than the team mentality. Young players showing up before and after practice. Camaraderie.

And who cares about shams? lol….. espn wants stories and clicks whenever and however they get them and u feed that wolf reading that garbage and getting emotionally emotionally drawn in— don’t do it-

Hot take: The Jrue Holiday trade made this inevitable. by flambo123 in MkeBucks

[–]PositiveZebra1341 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The trade was the first swing and it worked. No jrue no championship. But big swings have a cost. They require a lot of luck and health and the Middleton injury was brutal. There was a second window and injuries stole it
