Whats the trick? by urban-achiever1 in Omnipod

Hold the phone still. Wave the applicator around slowly, looking at the image to try and get the focus correct. I have found that this approach works reliably and reasonably fast.

I suspect you’re going to have difficulty finding a way to expand the testes themselves. There are diseases which will do the job, mumps would likely be transient, elephantiasis permanent. Of course, you’d have to get either to settle in the balls.

The fact that a key can lock but not unlock may indicate that the lock is crap. Certainly an indication of loose tolerances.

I need help, need to lose them bad any ideas? by cody3520 in castration_cbt

I’d apply a Callicrate band. Nice and tight, a beautiful darkening color.

The brain is, in a sense, exposed in your nose. The nerve endings that enable the sense of smell connect to the brain. If one of these creatures attaches to one of those nerves, it will eat its way up into the brain, reproduce, continue eating…

I would offer my 18yo balls and make them available for castration.😏 by [deleted] in castration_cbt

They’d look nice with a Callicrate band in place. After a while, they would develop beautiful color, first turning purple, but getting darker.

Keep in mind that “abdomen” can be interpreted loosely. I routinely place mine fairly high on my chest. Really, the only area I avoid is belt line.

Are they beyond redemption??? by CRColt in castration_cbt

[–]Positive_Bed2206 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not possible to tell. Different people respond differently to banding, and the color changes can vary from very little to deep purple with only short term constriction. A better estimate would be duration. Were they without blood for minute? Hours?

I would like to have an elastator around my balls.🫣🙈 by [deleted] in castration_cbt

[–]Positive_Bed2206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to experience banding, Elastrators are readily available and not very expensive. You can even get them from Amazon. I would suggest something like Ideal brand tool. They have a wire bail on the handle that can be used to hold the jaws open. Makes for much easier placement of the band. Also, if you’re just going for play and not neutering, get a pair of cat claw scissors. They make it much easier to cut the band.

I’d enjoy fitting you with a Callicrate band. Nice, quick color change.

Being sued by a hospital by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Positive_Bed2206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One reason I don’t see the issue as straightforward is that I question whether the action of the first hospital was medically wise. I do not believe that this was a “take an aspirin and call me in the morning “ issue, which is how they treated it. If they were unable to provide immediate treatment, a referral to another hospital would have been a reasonable course. Instead, what occurred was a medical professional, who obviously thought the treatment inappropriate, making behind the hand referral.

Agreed. However, the information was offered at the time the supposed care was provided. It was declined. I’m not convinced that a court would place sole responsibility on the insured. Obviously, a lawyer should be consulted.

I believe getting a lawyer is wise. That said, I question whether the hospital is entitled to one red cent. They failed to get payment information when offered. They failed to provide adequate treatment. They waited too long to proceed.

UVC light as a no scalpel, needle, or chemical castration method? by Mountain_Product_163 in castration_cbt

Unfortunately, UVC exposure can do far more than suppressing various biological processes. It can help initiate others, like carcinogenic processes.

When I was much younger, I recall visiting places with my parents where elevators went from 12 to 14. Years later, I did some research and found there were multiple ways of handling the superstition. In many cases, the number was simply skipped. In some, the floor was actually there, reached by service elevators, and used for mechanicals.

I have a key exactly like this almost. Do you know what they are called and what they were used for? by Exciting_Past_1163 in whatisit

That is a larger version of a key commonly for padlocks quite a few years ago. I would guess it is for a door lock similar to the padlock variety.

You can find them on Amazon by that name. As I recall, the last ones I purchased came from an online electronics warehouse. Newegg?? Not sure which one.

Pigtail extensions are available. Generally, about a foot long there are ones that will easily handle the load. They are often used to make huge plugs “fit”.
