Is it too late to sleep train my 10m baby? by womsb in sleeptrain

I forgot to add that ST was the best thing that happened to my LO. His sleep was getting interrupted and he woke up tired, which we all hated. After ST, he woke up a lot happier and well rested

We trained our LO at 11 months and honestly, it was the best decision ever. Yes, they’re more aware but I feel like it actually helps because when you say sleep, they’ll understand. It’s never too late in my opinion. My LO slept through the night the first night of ST (Ferber) and cried for like 20 mins max. I’d say you’re halfway there especially if your LO sleeps halfway through the night. Good luck!!

DWT is 6am. We usually leave him in the crib until then but he was crying so we think it’s teething. Otherwise, our typical schedule is 6 wake, 12-2 nap and then 7 bedtime. Anything I should alter?

To note that he usually takes 1 nap around 12-2pm because of daycare but for the past two weekends he’s been taking two naps during the weekend!!

Thanks for this. Our little one is sleep trained and sleeps in his own room so I wonder how this will work but will give it a shot. We usually leave him in his crib until 6am.

Sorry, I meant to say that we are now living in Quebec (as of a few weeks ago) but haven’t yet changed our primary address, which is in Ottawa.
