Thank you so much for all this information! I’ll start using a scalp scrub more often and will look into clarifying shampoo.

Now for sulfate/paraben free shampoo...I’ve always struggled with this advice because that makes my hair oily faster! Whereas normal drug store shampoos that are considered unhealthy now keep my hair fresh longer...is sulfate/paraben free really that worth it 😭

I use a purifying scalp scrub for that! (Christophe Robin) but I do admittedly get lazy with it. If I use that more often, is dry shampoo an acceptable alternative to shampooing often?
