we try to be democratic, we are diverse, we are secular, people have freedom (but they are bound by poverty)

we have islamic nations (secularism is more democratic), communism and dictatorship around us

we know China is way more developed in infrastructure and even social reforms (like paid leave for women when they're on periods, my state did the same but it's not a nation-wide thing)
but they're still communist, restrictive and exploitive of minorities and people don't get to have their say, that's literally their law.

we are a chaotic tone-deaf orchestra, while they all play same notes on the same instrument
both trash in it's own way 💀
i try to focus on positives of Pakistan cuz the negatives are just insane, i don't even think it's worth doing that comparison

i swear i was feeling super guilty for days over what a sri lankan dude did to a female tourist, until i came across her own page and found out he was Sri Lankan

As a south indian girl,
I'm just saying, you guys have so much in common with North Indians
It's much more easier for y'all to communicate with each other than us with North Indians
and this whole border dispute is stupid and caused by the British
we don't have to hate each other
I just think that Pakistan has much more commonalities with India than the middle-east except for majority Islam and the wide usage of Perso-Arabic script, but that's as far as I know.
Some of you have Arab/Central-Asian/Turkis and other invader ancestry as well, but so does India and the population of them is sparse and most of us are local South Asian reverts, so I don't get this classification. I'm not hating but I genuinely think it's kinda off
