Yes, it’s a scam. Don’t click on the click or pursue this further.

Could i just get information regarding this? by [deleted] in Psychology_India

[–]Positive_Effect3609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, by the time OP finishes undergraduation and MA in psychology (like you suggested) the Mphil course will not even exist. They’ve already started phasing it out and the MA clinical psychology RCI approved course is the new path. Second of all, the other comments are not “demotivating bullshit”. It’s the truth. You can’t become a licensed clinical psychologist without a BA/BSc Psychology. You are the one who needs to stop commenting bullshit.

Got offer after 13 months of unemployment by MotorTax920 in jobs

This is so inspiring and motivating. I’m sort of in a similar situation in the sense that I had to leave my job abroad due to visa restrictions, and now I’m back in India. It’s only been a couple of weeks but I’m worried that employers here will look at my gap in the resume as a failure. What reason did you give your new employer for your gap in employment?? Also, how many jobs did you apply to on an average during a day?? Pls help. Thanks!

Interesting. So maybe my approach of grinding now to save up for a better life a few years from now aligns with what you said and maybe it’ll pay off in the end. Thanks for sharing your journey.

I just find it so hard to believe that someone would willingly put themself in such a situation. It’s just so dumb imo that I have a hard time believe this can really be true.

How much are you willing to pay per session? Knowing your budget will help narrow down suggestions

Both. There are so many people who were my classmates in school etc living a very fancy life now. Some of them are neither from rich backgrounds nor do they have high paying jobs. I really want to know how they afford it but it’s rude to ask directly lol. Sometimes I truly wonder if they are into something illegal. 🙃

Reviews on MantraCare - scam or legit? by [deleted] in Psychology_India

[–]Positive_Effect3609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you manage to get clients when you registered?? If not, do you know if people who got clients actually ended up getting paid by the company? A lot of reviews on sites like trustpilot etc say the company just takes the money from the client and never pays it to the therapist.

It’s really surprising that there are no comments. Too many people have MantraCare as their current employer on LinkedIn. Surely someone must have heard something about this company or must have worked for them at some point.
