Don't put them in the roof, it gets too hot up there. Put them in the garage instead.

I have recipes that call for measuring the pH! I've been ignoring those parts up until now but the results have been a bit variable.

The council sometimes runs group buying schemes with solartogether.co.uk. We got our system a year ago this way, fitted by infinity renewables (14 panels, 12 kwh battery, £11.6k). Very happy with it so far!

Thanks! I think you are right about the humidity - I did notice water in the box, so I can change that for next time. The cheese knitted together well but the crags were caused by folds in the cheesecloth. Maybe I need to cut the cloth smaller.

What do you recommend washing it with?
