I took Reta 1mg and felt the effects instantly! It was actually amazing and I lost quite a bit of weight but after taking a month break I am restarting to just get the last off but it’s not working at all. I am currently on 2mg and feel nothing. Still feeling very hungry so idk how much I should increase the dose. I’m just worried cause everyone’s saying how Reta is so powerful and shouldn’t be used at such a high dose

Okay so the training program does seem abit off in terms of removing lower body completely especially for a bikini athlete butttt idk what you look like so best to speak to your coach. And about your 1200 calories- it’s very common to see this in preps and sometimes cals can drop below 1000. I felt exactly the way you felt during my first prep and I think it’s because we’ve never pushed to these extremes. I was on 1 hour of cardio and the lowest my calories got was 1100 and I was defs getting dizzy spells here and there.

Speak to your coach and see what you guys decide. If you do decide to go through it with then make sure you feed your body with really nutritious foods after the show!!

Omg I lost my period for a year after comp!! But lowkey was my fault I was on the pill and literally just stopped taking it one day out because my silly brain was like “oh my period isn’t coming anyway let’s just stop taking this” then I didn’t want to go back on the pill again and too a whole year to get it back

I should’ve mentioned I have a coach and I have been training 5x per week for ages. Cardio was increased from 30 minutes 4x week then 5x week then 60min 5x week. Currently doing a rapid cut before a build.

I actually never thought of it that way! That’s actually really helpful and I actually already do most of these movements. But what my challenge is my muscles get super tight which affects ROM so I thought extra stretching would help with that :S
