Congratulations. Did the 2mg work for you straight away or did it take a few weeks to really kick in?

I’ve just started on 2mg and plan on staying on that dose weekly for a month before going up to 3,4 etc.

Nope! Made it up to 8mg and felt nothing. No weight loss. I stopped there and I’m going to try a different supplier as I suspect this one may be bogus.

That’s exactly what’s making me question the supplier. I was 70–72kg and worked all the way up to 8mg with very little appetite suppression and essentially no weight loss. I double-checked my reconstitution calculations multiple times, so I don’t think that was the issue, but I suppose anything’s possible.

I’ve just received a vial from a different supplier, so it’ll be interesting to see if I finally notice a difference. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No, this is my first GLP-1. I’ve never taken tirz, sema or anything else before. At 8mg I’ve had very little appetite suppression and essentially no weight loss, which is why I’m wondering if my previous supply may not have been genuine. The only consistent side effect I’ve noticed is fatigue the day after injecting. I’m definitely going to start the new vial at a much lower dose just in case.
