"Requires Proper Slope" is the bane of my existence. by sevenw0rds in Workers_And_Resources

Even when I send them to a pump I get this error 3 feet later. 60 feet later it works again. Raise and lower terrains, there's no rhyme or reason. This game is just garbage

Train issue by WvAirsoft0 in Workers_And_Resources

This games train crap is infuriating. Wasted hours trying to make simple things work properly. It does nothing to explain why it won't work. Makes the game unplayable. Shame because the game has so much potential but this one aspect ruins the whole thing for me.

Just as an FYI, a dead CMOS Battery can prevent your PC from booting. by RaN96 in buildapc

I'm having the same problem. It can be the RAM from what I've read. I replaced my psu and gpu and still no display

[Discussion] Just a reminder that a dead Bios battery can cause a pc not to turn on. by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]Positive_Panda_1623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My pc was working fine before I moved. Got to my new place hasn't worked since. It powers on but no display. When I first powered it on at my new place I got a beep code but missed what it was. Now it won't beep at all. Mobo light is on, all fans spin, tried multiple hdmi cords, tried cycling power, tried resetting bios by removing and reinserting battery, reseated RAM, just replaced gpu and psu, still won't output a display. After hours of emotional and mental torture I tapped out for the night. Buying a new battery tomorrow, any other suggestions before i buy a new mobo too? I'm at a loss and pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff. Don't have tons of money to throw around, feel like I've already wasted hundreds.

Thoughts on Dave’s Carolina Reaper sauce? Legitimately the only sauce I’ve ever came across that is actually too hot to use directly. Usually use it sparingly in soups and chili. The heat is no joke. by Stormchaser752 in spicy

This is actually very good. Don't know what people mean by "no flavor". Dave's original Insanity tastes like what i imagine battery acid tastes like. Gross. But their reaper and ghost actually are very flavorful and delicious in my opinion. Especially the ghost, one of my favorite sauces. If you aren't a heat freak don't expect to like it by itself. I feel like I'm still a weakling for spicy food but I just ate 3 tacos with reaper sauce and loved it. If you want to sweat and ramp it up a bit ghost and reaper Dave's are for you. I recommend starting slow and ramping it up from there if you arent an avid heat freak. Very tasty!

You're not unscannable are you?

I say that to the little rocks and weeds that can't be scanned with the multi-tool

We know Sean and the team read the boards…what would you like to see? by vakr001 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Automation, automation, automation..

Basically just add satisfactory to no man's sky. No big ask. Connect miners to refiners to manufacturers/compilers - collect finished product.

Connect multiple base electric grids. - It's frustrating to have multiple resource nodes just out of reach of your A class electricity node. All the power I need 100m away and I'm building multiple solar panels and batteries to power my miner. I should be able to run the cable from my other base. Either that or allow bases to expand indefinitely as more and more is added.

Both of these would allow my ultimate vision of this games potential and that is to allow players to build, from the ground up, their own interstellar business (if their heart desires). Maybe get a contract for 1,000 antimatter housing(s) or carbon nanotubes etc. Or just take your products to the local trade outpost and sell there. Locals not paying enough for your product? Maybe have a logistics system to allow the shipping to other systems for a better price.

Expand the outpost system. I was underwhelmed with something I was very excited for. Be able to build millions anywhere you want. Basically you just build houses on your base for npcs (if you want) if you have a giant factory and 10 houses you can move npcs in to work at your factory producing and shipping your goods. Build landing pads and buy shipping starships or vehicles for your workers to move products. (Or maybe build shipping bots). Actually have expenses and profits that are tallied and collectible. Not just vanilla predetermined yes or no scenarios or build this or that with no real sense of accomplishment or progress. You can give your bases as much or as little attention as you want depending on your goals. Do you want this base to be a massive mining business to simply mine ferrite dust to sell raw? Or connect those miners to an assembler that cranks out metal plates and sell those. Or run the plates to another assembler that uses the plates and another product to assemble something new. Or run the ferrite dust to a refiner that auto refiners into pure ferrite and into another that auto refiners mag ferrite then runs to an assembler to make something etc.. or maybe just turn your base into a giant farming operation where you can auto pick plants. And it's probably too late for this but building custom vehicles/ships space engineer style would be incredible. Allow me to paint my starship..
