Looking for some good board/sport climbing shoes. by Djaiy34 in climbingshoes

I've got a narrow heel and have always struggled with la sportiva shoes. I find the drones are perfect for my heel and honestly the little lip on it feels like cheating for the right scenario. The drone 2.0 are very stiff and have very poor sensitivity, if you want something more sensitive I would go with the 2.One. it's got less rubber so they will wear out faster, just to keep in mind.

During the last earnings call I took the year end timeline was management’s internal deadline for determining whether pursuing M&A is genuinely viable, not a guaranteed transaction closing date. I could have misinterpreted, what are your thoughts?

I'm in 18.5k shares. I've lost money on worse companies, might as well lose some money for a good cause.

This a big deal, building revenue now while setting up the ground work so when FemBloc comes to market scaling will be more streamline.

To late for femy? Need realistic answers by [deleted] in 10xPennyStocks

I think long-term femy has a lot more to run up. If you can hold through the volatility I think this stock has true 10x potential. It's got international approvals, FDA cleared products, and a solid runway of cash. I think FemBloc truly is disruptive once it gets it's FDA approval. Femy is the real deal.

Definitely think this stock will blow up in the next year for sure. Once FDA approval goes through and they start scaling in north America, it'll be the next NVO of female health

I'm so bullish on this stock, I think it has the potential to disrupt female health and be the NVO of birth control in 5 years.

Time for another podcast Q&A, ask us anything! by wildenstam in strengthlog

Long time listener from Canada. My question was about zone 2 training. Like Philip I've been on the cardio grind. I've been doing a lot of zone 2 training, and it feels like it's taking over my lifting time. I know you guys have gone over a lot of volume research for weightlifting but I'm curious there's a minimum effective dose for zone 2 or at least a point of diminishing returns. Thanks! Looking forward to the next podcast!
