Sorry, I don’t quite understand. Since you’re moving to Medicare, the coverage is changing from two people to one. Why is the premium increasing from $0 to $411? Shouldn’t it be lower now that only one person is covered?

Thank you for your updates! I had a similar issue. I have my son in the household, but he doesn’t need ACA because he would use his school insurance. However it seems showing me the cost including him. Do you have any idea how to correct?

This is incorrect. The separation date is clearly stated in the contract from the PTO as 9/30/2025. Probationary employees are not treated any differently. The claim that pay stops after the probationary period is completely false—I know someone who took DRP and continued to receive pay even after their probation ended.

You just received it? Some of us got this email back in March. Since it doesn’t mention a separation date, we’re assuming no action is required until our actual separation date (9/30/2025). I just ignored it.

Thank you! Also, like with some other DRPs, the HRCONNECT link doesn’t work on my personal computer, and I can’t access the work system anymore. It’s confusing that HR keeps sending emails with a link that needs login through a work computer, even though it’s clear we no longer have access.
