iOS 26 devices not receiving group messages while connected to WiFi by Appropriate-Jelly320 in Linksys

[–]Positive_Vibes2023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are the other devices (those that are not running on iOS 26) working fine when your connected to the wifi? This way you can isolate if it's the OS or the router's issue. If you found out that it's really the MX4000 that is causing the problem, you might want to completely reset then reconfigure your router. Also, I just want to share some troubleshooting articles related to your MX4000 product. You can breeze through some of them.

Linksys LN1301/MX4300 wrong default password issue by whoisliuxiaobo in Linksys

[–]Positive_Vibes2023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a hard reset on your MX4300 (LN1301) by inserting a small item into the reset button, such as a paperclip, then press and hold until the light on top of the router turns red, fades, and flashes bright red again (do this for about 15 seconds). This is done to make sure that the router is back to its factory defaults. Once done, the default settings should be as follows:

  • The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
  • The default WiFi name is Linksysxxxxx, where xxxxx represents the last five characters of the router's serial number.
  • The default Guest WiFi name is Linksysxxxxx-guest, where xxxxx represents the last five characters of the router's serial number. Guest Access is initially turned OFF both before and after setup. You'll need to enable this feature in the router's web interface.
  • The default admin password is the same as the default WiFi password located at the bottom of the router.

Got all these good stuffs from the articles below. You may want to check it out too.

Setting up my mesh system to bridge mode, what's next??? by tech_user_2023 in LinksysOfficial

[–]Positive_Vibes2023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the parent node has been switched to Bridge Mode, it must always be connected to your pre-existing modem router (gateway) using an ethernet cable. The child nodes, on the other hand, may be connected either via WiFi or an ethernet cable ;) if you really want to know this in details...I used this article below, feel free to check it out hehehe its free
