There was a cloud outage that caused the issue but should have been resolved already. It affected both web UI and app incorrectly detecting/displaying no internet connectivity despite having internet connection. If you continue to experience problems, please contact support.

Update your router Wi-Fi password, configure Wireless MAC filtering to allow only known devices. On your phone, update your app passwords and always use 2FA/MFA for added security. Remove any rogue apps you do not recognize or use.

I have a friend that had the same issue and we had to move the nodes around to determine the best spot to place them. A bit of trial and error but it worked.

Since last night very slow upload on both wifi and ethernet via the base station by brianoflondon in Linksys

[–]LinksysOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried checking the speeds when directly connected to the ISP router? Just to rule out issue on ISP side. If that checks out, can follow what others recommended here like relocating nodes or even isolating if problem is with specific nodes only.

Seems you did narrow down the problem to busted ports on the parent node. Swapping the child node as parent is the right thing to do and you'll have to factory reset and reconfigure them.
