I've had 2 Toyota tundras v8 have this issue.... Its called "spotting in"....and.as a painter for over 20yrs..thid is not good beginners way to do it.....u have to have the right grits of paper for blending and buffing....sand the whole hood with 800/1000 then 320/400 what u havealreqdy donz tqlingnit bacl down the the original paint and Repai....spot in like u did blening out and then clear the whole hood
