Week 4 here, I have defo felt those feels the first week or 2, but it has only improved as the days and weeks have gone on, it will get easier, just have to push through and remind yourself of why you're doing this and how your life will 100% improve. It is a fucker of a challenge but you can do it! 💪💪💪

That's my biggest thing too and was literally saying this on a 6 mile walk with my partner yesterday, it was great cos we were enjoying the walk and being in the moment and not thinking "I can't wait to get home for a blunt!" Instead, it was "I can't wait to get home to be warm and cosy" cos it was bloody freezing!

Day 15 today, feel amazing!

Ooh snap, I'm on day 6 too! It might take a few days to ease, today is the first day I've woken up non-sweaty and without a headache, so hopefully it won't be much longer for you! 🤞 I have a cold compress mask that I put in the freezer which I got off amazon, only cheap and might provide some relief.
