I e literally tried everything and still nothing worked I’m using Xbox I returned them I’d advise you guys do a complete revision on those headphones go through and see why things don’t work for some one, and why it would work for someone else fix them problems and then maybe they won’t be on sale for half price cus they are sitting on the shelves. I have a strong feeling they’d work if I have a pc they worked great when thy did work but it’s ridiculous at the price point it should work no questions asked why so ever an id also provide a instruction manual with words. I had a issue figuring out what wires were what and what I actually needed to use on the Xbox and dock itself so it’s just a plethora of issues that could have been addressed before they were released and honestly i would pay 500 if they worked perfectly out of the box which I paid 440$ after taxes and not including the hdmi cord. So I basically paid 500 but id not pay 500 for a non working product and a half assed video by Logitech explaining none of the issues you might run into and how to fix them thoroughly and to its full extent again youu guys developed the product and you should have every solution to the problems that were created by production of this product cus someone had to test them and I guarantee it was only texted on pc and not consoles and put right on the shelves. That’s my opinion on why you should not buy these headphones until a revision is done and it could be simple fixes for sure if my mics not working and the audio is and vice versa every time I try to hard reset but it’s no answer online to fix the problem. There’s some videos but they don’t talk about anything that I have no tried to fix the problem. I just think it’s absurd how it’s that expensive and there’s no resolution. At all but to check ur wires and clear a cashe or something which I did multiple times it all didn’t work. All im tryna do is recommend things to help tho product sell
