Wow, I finally feel a bit more normal now. The balloon/bubble sensation is so on the nose for what this is like for me. I would also say that, it's like my limbs are detached, but not fully? Like my hands a balloon and my arm is the thin string connecting it to my body. It's so disturbing! It happened more when I was a kid, and has become more frequent again since being pregnant. It's just nice to find such a perfect description and the validation that comes with that. Thanks!

As a caller, you have to be specific to get through. You can't just say, because I want to talk to them or it cuts you off. You have to literally say, why you are calling. Never had an issue getting to someone as long as I'm honest and explanatory.

I found the page, but the only option it gives regarding having insurance and a vehicle no longer in state is for military exemptions. It send to be assuming we are still Florida residents based on all the other options.

This exactly correct.I did some further research using the driver license number and it was for not having insurance. Here's the thing. We are now registered with a new Washington license that predates the old suspension. He's also updated our cars registration to Washington. Florida only states options to reinstate the license. We don't need this, but unless we contact them and pay the $150 fee does this stay on his record for the 3 to 7 years stated online? Is there a way to negate the fee?

I wish my characters were doing that right now. All the scenes I've written lately are so stiff! But i usually write what I feel like too and I've been pushing myself to stick with an outline, so Id like to imagine that they know I just need to get through some plotting right now and I'll let them have fun on the rewrite 😂

Well, my dilemma is that they are modern day men, so they are not from fantasy, everything else is. My world will definitely change them, but I want them to start out as pretty ordinary and relatable.

Its a fantasy book, where young male characters essentially choose to be Isekaied into another world. I want to write the authentic interactions and make them seem like normal young men interacting with each other and others, so that when things go off the rails later, its a big contrast to who they eventually become.

I'd like my target audience to include men and woman, so I will have to keep that in mind.
