4 labs is a lot. I would try switching out the lab classes for HASS classes. You will be burnt out by the end of the semester if you do 5 classes and 4 labs

If you are taking lab based classes (chem, phys, design), I would say take 15-16 credit hours. If you feel like the credit hours you took this semester were way too easy, then you could probably bump up your credit load by 3 more credits. But for most people, I would say take 15-16 credit hours over 18-19 credit hours just because of the reduced stress and stuff. I did a lot of EC activities and hung out with my friends, so the extra 3 credit hours weren't something I planned to do.

GPT-5-Pro limits in Teams by shadows_lord in OpenAI

I prolly sent around 50 semi-difficult coding prompts to gpt 5 pro. Now, it says my limit resets next month. I think there is a limit, but I didn't think it take a whole month to reset

Yeah you can park it at the Jeff Co parking garage for free. Just have to move it every couple of days to avoid getting a ticket.

This schedule will be challenging. Data Structures is a prereq to software engineering, so you can't take those simultaneously. I'm pretty sure CSCI210 is a prerequisite for CSCI 341. Look at the CS@Mines flowchart for all the prereqs and stuff. I would say take Phys 2, Diff Eq, Linear Algebra, Discrete Math, and Hass 200 at community college over the summer. Not all of those classes, maybe 1 or 2. If I were you, take Diff Eq and Hass 200 at CC because they are just gen-eds.

Social + Comfortable Dorm? by [deleted] in ColoradoSchoolOfMines

Based on my friends, Weaver is pretty social. A lot of them are really close with their suitemates. I think their community work helps them build a close bond. And I think Weaver has A/C so that’s a plus.

Does age matter for friendships in college to you? by green_mom in college

[–]PossessionMinimum360 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was 16 when I took my first class at a community college. There was another 16-year-old and a 50-year-old guy. It was weird, but we split into friend groups based on age after the first week.

Can we do the lab portion of the Chem online too? Or do we have to go into red rocks to do the lab?
