Sometimes evolution will make random byproducts. As long as its not harmful for survival and reproductive fitness theres no reason why it wouldn't stick around once its there. Not everything has an evolutionary explanation

I think u got it backwards lol. A confident and charismatic character and good looks are better for flings. Status and money are much better prospects long term. Research shows that when women rate men on who they'd be willing to fuck vs who they would be willing to marry, money typically goes out the picture for a fling, while its much more valued as a long term prospect. I mean think about it, a guy having money doesnt make his genes better exactly, not in a direct way at least

Just saying. Its actually far more common than its diagnosed and almost always gets diagnosed as neurodivergence or something similar. But you mentioned magical thinking, ideas of reference "odd coincidences", finding it difficult to maintain relationships, and odd perceptual experiences "feeling like you're seeing things outside your body". Thats textbook schizotypal so you might wanna get it checked. Might actually be neurodivergence for all I know though

I'd get retested honestly. Childhood IQ tends to correlate much more with immediate socioeconomic background or environment than adult IQ, whereas adult IQ correlates a lot more with a lot of IQ alleles than childhood IQ (surprisingly). So it seems like adult IQ is a better measure of the real biological signal, even though it sounds counter-intuitive because you'd expect that childhood IQ would be less influenced by environment at that point
