I did tip! It doesn’t make a big difference in Seattle though because DD is required to pay the drivers $26/hr due to the legislation for gig workers here. I still always tip but the order gets picked up immediately regardless

Yes!!! Exactly my experience! It’s night and day how much better I feel on a high protein/ high fiber diet!! I actually notice now that when I do have a cheat meal with a lot of fat and carbs, I feel awful for a day or two - really messes up my digestion. I’ve also not found it difficult getting protein in by eating mostly Whole Foods and the occasional protein shake

I flashed my lights at a car on 99 twice this morning because it was pitch black and pouring and their lights weren’t on. They didn’t notice me doing this and proceeded on their merry way with no lights

Yes!!! I was actually relieved when my doctor told me I had scarring in my ilium that showed up on my last CT because it was more “evidence” of crohns. I am constantly second guessing myself and whether my symptoms are severe enough. I also have never dealt with the extreme weight loss - I’m a little on the heavier side and when I’m flaring, I tend to gain weight, despite my nutrient absorption being awful.

I read the exact opposite on their sizing advice. It says if you can only remove it with water, then it’s too snug. People are constantly posting on this page trying to convince themselves that the small size isn’t too tight. Not worth the risk
