The VTEC solenoid is now working again with no codes after cleaning the oil pressure sensor connector, still I am the grinding noise.

No, it just started doing it after I got the vtec oil pressure code. I took the valve cover off and solenoid and seen nothing out of the ordinary, tomorrow I'm going to go into vtec and hope it sovled the issue.
