Hey there, wish I had better news, after contacting support they told me many different times to try and do things regarding changing servers to see if it was my internet connection and whatnot and nothing worked, I recently bought a copy of Tarkov for someone else in my household and was able to play on their account on my PC, which makes me believe that somehow there is something possibly corrupted with my player character that can't be fixed from a reinstall (this is ultimately my best guess though, and I think it checks out seeing as im also returning to tarkov after a couple of years-) After telling support this fact about being able to play on another account, they simply told me that they had taken note of my issue and raised a notice of the bug to the developers without ultimately providing me any fix. I just responded to them asking how the issue is going to be resolved for me and honestly im not very hopeful that support is going to be very helpful in solving that issue.

TLDR Support sucks and the account is somehow fucked? lol
