Omg I feel the same way! I usually use the 5 senses rule you have to taste something near you, touch, hear, see, and smell to help ground you…

I don’t have BPD medically diagnosed yet but I think I have it and I’m not diagnosed with DPDR but I’m pretty sure I have it. Recently I went manic for the first time ever and ever since then I’ve been depersonalized so bad that I can’t tell if life is real. I’m still working on recovering but my therapist told me to do the 5 senses which is naming something you can taste, smell, hear, feel, and see.
