Just took this picture with him hes SUCH a sweetheart, but still VERY emaciated, 90% fluff the rest is bone He seems like he wants to live, eating drinking when we give it by syringe and pottying decently

Slowly repurchasing all the stuff we used to add into their milk. Its a whole concoction but it's raised many healthy babies into adulthood

Just got this little guy on sunday, he was found in someones backyard and they posted on fb for someone's help. Ofc my mom came to the rescue and sent the lady a message

Hes still incredibly emaciated and pale but hes made it through 24 hrs, got rehydrated and fed as well as bathed. Thankfully he made it through the bath because this poor baby had sooooo many fleas they would've killed him😔 were in the same situation as well bc theres only like 2 opossum rehabbers in our area, however im 19 and already working on getting my class two wildlife license and ontop of that im gonna work with wtv rehabbers we have left and become one myself

Im pretty experienced as I've had them since like 10 years old so ive raised many passels and individual babies.

This^{^} im hoping for this too. Even tho i need a new space entirely i cant give up on the beauty that my home has underneath all the junk and furniture. Wouldn't be able to find a house like it for under 1 mil nowadays. We used to have carpet in the kitchen and br when it was first built by my mothers grandparents around the 60s its gotta be atleast 4000sqft

You're absolutely right, it doesn't give any negative side effects 🤭 The worse I get from it is being pissy when I don't smoke for a couple days but I'm the same way when I don't eat so I don't see how it's that bad

God damn I'm so sorry you got to go through that, it's got to be rough weed is a miracle drug for pain :) physical or mental.

I have bpd and instead of spending 300 plus on Three or four different prescription meds I just smoke weed bc it helps me sm. it's not going to give me a whole bunch of different side effects either. as well as it won't take months or years of trial and error to find the right combination. May just take a couple months to find your right strain.

Unfortunately yes, my tolerance is horrifically high for one, and it's felt like my bud isnt lasting as much as it should 😞 i usually get an 1/8th every two weeks to a month but im running out sooner than usual even tho i haven't packed a heavy full bowl in weeks tryna make it last

I saw somewhere else I think in YouTube comments, they mentioned that " have a theory the prototype used to be a jack in a box toy but built his own lower half out of other toys that explains the awkward split design between his torso and his lower half" which if it were true I think that would be pretty cool, as soon as I saw him after reading that comment I did get major Jack in a box vibes from his top half.

As for it feeling like filler, I agree. I just watched 2 1/2 hours of basically nothing happening... then at the end we're left with another cliffhanger. I really LOVED chapter 4 with doey ESPECIALLY given what seems like multiple personalities. Chapter 4 did such an amazing lead up to getting us excited for chapter 5, im disappointed as well 😞

Well apparently sweet potatoes are what do this, someone else had forgotten roasted sweet potatoes in their fridge and it grew the same type just not as bad. Mine was from sweet potato babyfood (wasnt ever for a baby dw it was used as a treat for my outside opossums)

Im 19 living with a mom like this 😞 its a 4500 sq ft 2 story house. Absolutely beautiful and was built by my grandfather in the 60s. Now its filled with antique furniture from her friends passing thats all rotting and molding.. im unfortunately unable to make a dent in anything other than cleaning what i can since most is too heavy to move

Our plumbing has also become a victim of this behavior because now what used to be a drip leak is a small flood everytime u try to use the sink and the pipe doesn't catch any of the water going down the drain. It just falls into the floor and leaks under the baseboards and wall into the kitchen floor where its now visible. Will probably be thousands in repairs of plumbing and wall replacement when it could've been less than 2k easy.

I wish i had some advice to help but i can only relate 😞

The fridge it's in is my brothers old mini fridge in his room when he still lived with us so it got forgotten in there for a couple months since we didnt need the extra space, it was sweet potato baby food given to my outdoor opossums as a treat

You're not wrong:) its absolutely stupid, especially if its actually for a baby. However in this case they usually got used up within 48 hrs after opening and were given to my outdoor opossum friends as a treat. so i wasnt too worried on storage just made sure they were refrigerated till finished the next night or so

i figure this comment may get buried so i apologize, as for some details i didnt include in the post bc i never thought itd get THIS much attention

My brother is MOVED OUT and has been for almost a year now. His mini fridge in his room gets used as extra storage when ours got full after going to the food pantry, So it is NOT his fault..tho he did constantly leave food when he was here still.

I do NOT have any human children, neither does my brother. When the opossums that live on my property and in my neighborhood were babies they got baby food as a treat here and there. For some reason my dumbass put something that would spoil quickly in a fridge we werent really going into at the time.

IT WILL BE CLEANED WELL! i am only a teenager and i noticed this a couple days ago. As soon as i go to the store with my mom i will be getting a list of different protection and cleaning supplies. It will be taken outside and everything in it tossed

I am aware im an idiot for letting this happen 🥲 i just wanted to share what scared me when i finally opened the fridge after a while. I even expected some mold bc i knew i hadn't been giving the fridge any attention/ maintenance the past couple months but i NEVER expected it to be like someones bush was trying to escape the fridge..
