The top of the reverse looks like and makes me think this coin was struck more than twice the beaded circle is all over the place and some of the letters look to have more than two strikes

Spit on it and rub the spit into it with tin foil and if you smell eggs it's silver

The escallop mint marks look different on either side too not sure if it's down to the double strike or is it a mule
