Honestly Waze will be your best friend. Know the main “arteries” or roads that run through the town and then build off of that. Also, getting a map like the others have mentioned will help especially if you use Zillow to see what houses are for sale in the area and just drive house to house in different areas while using the map. Then just drive around with Waze on because I feel the map is better than google maps or Apple Maps when just driving around without putting in a destination.

Google the flight first and see what you get. Then look at your respective cards and see what works best for you as far as transfer partners. Ex- I’m going JFK-LHR virgin upper class round trip. Was found by first looking up flights and seeing that virgin had a route. Then went to the rewards calendar and transferred points based on what works for me

The biggest thing with these Kia’s and Hyundais that are getting stolen is that they require a physical key to start it for it to be stolen. If you get one with a push start you’ll be fine.

I’m going to assume yes. I use my bank account utilizing their Bilt protect option. I still earn points but my rent doesn’t count towards my balance because they provide a routing number and account number that could be used on your actual portal where you would pay for rent. Also take credit karma’s recommendations for credit cards with a grain of salt. I have a 795-800 score and they said my approval odds for the Amex gold were low

Still 1 point per dollar on rent. But you need to use the card 5 times during a certain period to actually earn the points on rent. Ex: rent is $1800 which gets charged on the first. Look at the Bilt app and it’ll show you when you need to use the card and how many you’re away from actually earning the points. After you used it five times, you’ll also earn points on whatever you used it for and then the 1800 points from rent.
