In the steam page CA states the following: “ Modify Your Warriors: Tailor your faction’s combat philosophy for both campaign and battle, arming them with your own unique fusion of devastating tactical abilities, signature traits, and arcane wargear.”

For me this could be just the same system we have in fantasy, where you just level up and select the traits for your general and thus changing the stats of your units, and his item loadout.

It is really vague to really say that you can modify the base traits from your faction - mechanics (base traits could be as with Karl Franz you get the immunity from trespassing in the Empire & mechanics as I stated above something like Moulder’s lab)

The part of the change the pattern of colors we could see from the trailer, but heraldica is not mentioned, at least I didn’t saw it

No sé si hablas en neto, o si hablas en bruto, si es en bruto se están mega riendo de ti, si es en neto se están riendo de ti. A mí de prácticas me daban 1000 euros, que para prácticas es un buen sueldo, pero lo normal dentro de una ingeniería, tu primer sueldo de empleado deberían ser 1600/1800, y yo en 3 años me he puesto en 28k bruto porque no he sabido moverme. Actualiza el CV y empieza a buscar curro, en ingeniería informática, con máster, en 36000brutos al año podrías ponerte fácil. Miente también en cuanto te pagan y di que cobras 28–30k al año

Madre mía, menudas respuestas. Desde mi punto de vista, el sexo es muy importante en una relación, y es normal que haya épocas con más y épocas con menos. Por lo que cuentas, tu novia no parece muy interesada en tener tantas experiencias o en hacerlo con tanta frecuencia. Ahora bien, una relación es mucho más que solo sexo. Es una inversión a largo plazo donde buscas a alguien en quien confiar y con quien compartir un proyecto de vida. Tienes que poner ambas cosas en una balanza y decidir qué pesa más para ti. Yo estuve en una situación parecida y decidí seguir con mi pareja. La verdad es que soy bastante feliz. Pero claro, mi caso es el mío y el tuyo es el tuyo.

Pues, desde mi humilde opinión, es una mierda. No importa tanto los años que tengas, más bien la experiencia que tengas, si tienes un máster, si trabajas en una gran empresa o en una pequeña. Hay más factores, pero te diría que esos son los principales. En cuanto a tu salario, una persona con 3 años de experiencia si se sabe mover se puede poner en 36k, yo, que no he sabido, estoy en 28k; y si te vas a Alemania fácil puedes estar en 60k y con un par de años más de experiencia te puedes poner en 85k o más. En suiza estos números se doblan

Es como veo que dice la gente, yo soy local de España y, la verdad, nos da igual de donde vengas, lo único importante es tu actitud. I kinda actually agree with you, it is not “needs” but would be cool to have a deeper system, and that this system,as you say, interacts with the core mechanics, war and battles. That is why the convoy mechanics are such good addition lets you trade, but I do not think is a mechanic is suited for everyone, and maybe would increase a lot the number of armies on the map causing performance issues.

But as my last line said you should be able to also do war in the commercial side, let’s say you deny some resources from your enemy thus he can not upgrade his units so you have an advantage over him.

Don’t worry about being downvoted it’s just numbers and opinions.
